Doll sleepover pictures!

My friend came over for a sleepover and so did her dolls! My sister and I had our dolls, Elizabeth and Felicity, and she did too! So here they are, the first set of Elizabeth and Felicity doing makeup and the second doing hair. I love it!

Fixing up Addy

Ok, so I found all of my older sisters' dolls, Felicity, Samantha, and Addy. Now, Felicity and Samantha are, well loved, let's say. But Addy is in good condition! So, I fixed her hair a little bit and cleaned her skin with baking soda, and she looks great!

Egg candles!

I had this idea when I had some extra candles laying around and wanted to make some cute candles!

First, what you need is:
Two eggs
A knife
An old empty coffee tin
Two bowls
And two small candles

First thing you need to do is cut the eggs in half ( yes, in half! It only works if you use a steak knife though,), and put the contents of the eggs in one of the bowls and set aside. In another bowl, put the egg shells and then soak them in hot water for a while and let dry.

Next, take the wicks out of the candles, and set the wicks aside while you put the candles in the coffee tin and put the tin on the stove on low until melted.

While the candles are melting, towel-dry the eggshells to make sure that they are dry, and cut the two wicks each in half to make four ( if they are the right size),

Then, pour the melted wax in the four eggshells and once the wax is cooled a bit, put the wicks in. You could also submerge some small flowers in the melted wax for a beautiful effect.

You can write with permanent marker on the outside of the shells! Enjoy your candles!

My dolls in time's square!

Just kidding! This is just one of the cool things I did with photofunia. A fun app that actually lets you use doll faces!

The birdies love the sunshine!

The weather has been AMAZING lately, so I have been putting the bird cage outside when I sit on the porch. I never knew how much they love chirping at the other birds and soaking up the sun! Bird conversations are so cute! Anyway, enjoy the weather everyone, and if it's not warm where you live, come visit because it's glorious here!!

Saint Patrick's day!!!!!

Happy shamrock day everyone! I love today, because I LOVE GREEN!! Today was really busy, so I didn't get to try any new crafts, but it has still been really fun! Anyway, enjoy the rest of your day, and keep an eye out for leprechauns, they're very sneaky, you know, so look carefully!! ^-^

Mini fishbowl aquarium

I will never forget the amazing fun of the Virginia aquarium, in virginia beach.
Anyway, I saw in the gift shop, a bowl of tiny little rubber sea animals, and they were all of my favorite ones there (with the exception of the harbor seals) so I HAD to get one of each! I loved the beautiful jellyfish (which didn't look like the one in the fishbowl, but you get the idea), the tiny seahorses (which were actually pretty much that size!), the rays (actually called skates apparently),
and the green sea turtles (yes, I only like the GREEN sea turtles, possibly because I fed them in Hawaii). I also filled it with beach sand and shells from VA beach (where else?) and a ticket from none other than that amazing aquarium (I lost my ticket, so I had to use one from 2010, if anyone is wondering)

Teacup candle!

This idea was originally from my craft gawker app, but I had the idea of the tea bag. Enjoy! It's super easy and fun to make.

Homeschool flashlight!

My little sister found some batteries and a little flashlight and waited for my dad to get home so she could make a flashlight with him. They had so much fun doing it and it just reminded me how good quality time with family is really what keeps us together. I'm constantly thinking about what it would be like if I weren't in this family, or if I wasn't homeschooled, and it just makes me appreciate what we have and the love we share.

Mexican night!

There's nothing like family Mexican night! Nachos, burritos, quesadillas, and best of all, dad's amazing homemade salsa! I think he should enter it for the world's best!

Bubble skirts for ag dolls!

I found a great tutorial on YouTube, but I forgot who made it unfortunately. If anyone wants to find it, just look up "doll bubble skirt" ( I think :P) anyway, I think Elizabeth looks great in it. Enjoy!

Introduction: 23 Green Kimonos.
Hi, Welcome to my blog, I will mainly post craft ideas and good decor finds. The name '23 green Kimonos'
came to me when I was thinking about what I like . It means I'll be posting pictures of the number 23 (my lucky number ^-^), things that have to do with my favorite colors, and adorable Japanese decor (which I love!)

I also love American Girl Dolls, and I'm starting to make stop-motion videos with them.

I'm eleven years old and LOVE any type of crafts!
